We will only accept returns if unworn and still in original packaging. Under the Italy’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing (email) within 14 days from the date of delivery and return the item(s) to us before we can issue a refund or an exchange. Note: original delivery charges are non-refundable unless notified by email within 14 days from the date of delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any returning postage back to us.)
When returning parcels to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package a full refund or an exchange will be given.
